One of the most interesting aspects of working as a wedding photographer is the possibility of face extraordinary stories, in which destiny is really committed to put them all the pieces in the right place. This is what happened to Sarah and Markus, a wonderful couple whom I photographed on their wedding day in Rome.
It is not a coincidence that the spouses have chosen the Eternal City because that is exactly where they met and where their love has blossomed. Sarah was in Rome for work when she was forced to stay one more day: on that extra day she met Markus. After two years of love lived at a distance, Markus chose Rome again to propose: there again, inevitably, Rome was the theater of their fantastic marriage
The spouses chose Villa Aurelia, a splendid 17th century residence overlooking the Gianicolo: here they welcomed their 100 guests arrived from Canada, Kenya and the Arab Emirates. The ceremony - expertly orchestrated by Stefania Zen - took place in the characteristic garden of the villa, in the shade of the secular trees. We have photographed every nuance of this day, to create an album that immortalizes the love of Sarah & Markus.
Our Floricolor partners realized the album of this wonderful wedding in Rome. The bride and groom chose the Kulit Collection, which is defined by the softness of its cover texture and elegance and simplicity of its 77 designs printed with UV Varnish. The following print of several layers of UV Varnish give to the cover to high transparent relief look just like small drops of water: it was printed in metallic paper with UV varnish. This is the perfect album for those looking for simplicity and delicacy of simplicity and delicacy of materials.
It was emotional and exciting to live with them this day ... and it was a surprise to relive it then in the pages of Harper’s Bazaar Arabia who decided to publish this story in its Fall / Winter 2018 issue!Look at the article on Harper's Bazaar (PDF 4,5Mb)
